Every team gets 25 points to start the 2012-2013 nfl season. These points are to be used on free agents in the free agency pool. This prevents one person from going in and snagging all of the free agents. Free agency will be begin once the league gets half full and will end 12 hours after we fill up.
The way the point system works is you must go the players position thread. create a topic with the title as the players name and how many points your bidding on him.
The moment someone bids 25 points on a player the bid is over for that player (obviously lol)
your going to want to avoid using all your points though because if a player gets hurt and you need to sign someone you must bid on a player.
If you are out of points but need a player top fill a roster spot you must sign the worst player that is there for that position.
Off season bidding for a player lasts 8 hrs (once the first bid is placed the time starts and once the 8 hr period is over who ever holds the high bid wins that player)
In season bidding for a player lasts 4 hrs (once the first bid is placed the time starts and once the 4 hr period is over who ever holds the high bid wins that player)
